Work History
I worked as a Landscaper for 8 years, specialising in native, Australian gardens. I built decks, ponds, paving, irrigation systems and had an extensive knowledge of native plants. I worked in Finland during 2017 and have worked for 3 companies in Australia.
I am community driven and extremely passionate about the environment. Along with being an enthusiastic bee-keeper, I volunteer as an Alumni mentor for Nature Stewards, a 10-week course that teaches different aspects of nature.
3 years ago I made the career change into software development. A move inspired by my desire to learn, grow and challenge myself. I completed a coding bootcamp with Coder Academy where I learnt basics of programming.
After the bootcamp I started working at MYOB. I came through their graduate program and am currently working as a Full Stack developer.
